“Basket Predictions” is an online platform which provides sport insights, analysis and AI generated predictions to users who are able to access its platform via FREE or Premium paid subscriptions.
Any subscription or sign up to the website is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, Basket-Predictions.com (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply solely to the web services provided through this site. Separate Terms and Conditions govern each mobile application available under the Planet Media brand. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you are not permitted to use the Service.
Our Service provides AI algorithmically generated basketball sport predictions. Predictions, along with any provided data, are intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not offer a betting service. Predictions are renewed frequently, normally once a day, for the games that are scheduled. Games are added as new AI predictions are generated. You can access the predictions freely by browsing the website, logging in to your account or by subscribing to the VIP Predictions service you are interested in.
We also share the results of our latest predictions on our website once the games are finished, for all users to check. Our website offers a paid service for enhanced predictions. This is a subscription paid service and you can find the pricing information on our website. We may offer different subscription types.

3) Usage and Account Registration:
Usage: Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
Our Service is accessible worldwide, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions/countries. Users accessing the Service, are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you do so at your own initiative and risk.
Account Registration: Account creation is required to access certain aspects of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for providing false or incomplete information or for any misuse of the Service.

You may, however, download, print, and/or share one copy of individual pages of the Site for non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
5) Our contract with you, the member:
Our acceptance of your registration for our Prediction subscription service on the Website will take place when you make a payment on the website to access the VIP predictions. The email we send you, will confirm you accept these terms and conditions, providing you a link to these terms for your own reference.
6) Providing the service:
By purchasing the Prediction Subscription Membership you are entering into a contract with us whereby we will provide you with a digital subscription to receive and access our premium VIP Predictions services. At the end of each billing term, the subscription will automatically renew for a Term of the same duration until you or we end the contract. As a subscriber you agree that you will only use our services as a private consumer, in a non-commercial capacity for your own personal use.
If our service gets interrupted for a longer period of 7 days, or the website becomes inaccessible, outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. You have the right to ask for a refund if the service gets suspended for a period longer than 7 days. Please see our refund policy for more information.
7) Membership Account Registration:
To register and create a membership account on Basket-Predictions.com, you must provide a valid email address, a name, and a password.
It is a requirement for the user of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. To access the VIP Predictions you will need to pay a subscription payment which is recurring on the terms which you choose. (weekly, monthly or every 3 months).
Note, all payments are processed by a third financial party. Planet Media does not store or has access to your payment details. Recurring Payments are shown in (GBP) British Pounds. We use the abbreviation "*WP Planet Media-Basket" for you to easily identify our payments on your bank statement.
You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website, is accurate and correct. The use of any features on the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy at Basket-Predictions.com/privacy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You, the user, are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure.
You agree not to disclose these details to any other person or entity and immediately notify us at support@Basket-Predictions.com. If you believe someone has used or is using your account without your permission or if your account has been subject to any other breach of security.
We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time and at our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
8) Subscriptions and payments:
The costs of the Membership will be as set out on the Website. If you decide to access the VIP predictions section and pay for a Subscription, you will need to sign up and become a member. You agree to pay the subscription price for the digital subscription, which is valid at the time of payment, for a minimum duration of one week (7 days) and a maximum of 3 months (90 days).
The charge for each subsequent renewal/Term will be as set out on the Website, the renewal will be always set at the same price, regardless if we increase the fee on our website for new members.
We may offer new subscribers an initial discount or FREE trial of the Subscription Membership as part of their digital subscription. In such cases, users will be notified by email of their term and access plan. At the end of the trial or discount period, you may either cancel your Subscription Membership or we will begin to take payment for your Subscription Membership at the full price that you chose when you accepted to pay for the subscription.
In order to become a member and access the VIP Predictions, you need to complete a membership form. This form will collect data such as name, email, password/pin, country, age and gender. As soon as you pay and become a member, your access to the VIP Predictions pages are automatically granted.
All purchases will appear with the acronym "Planet Media", to guarantee privacy to the user. All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing https://www. Basket-Predictions.com/myaccount . Where you will be able to manage and cancel any active subscriptions you have with us. You will be notified by email when the recurring payments have been successfully cancelled.
You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription.
9) Payments and refunds:
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and American Express cards worldwide. Payments are displayed in GBP British Pounds. It is also possible to use Discover cards and Union Pay cards depending on the location and financial institution agreement of the card. We recommend to use however, Visa or Mastercard.
It is also possible that in the future we will add other payment options and methods. Thus we will update these terms with the latest date updated at the end of this page.
10) Prices and coupons:
At times, we may offer discounts and promotions to users. These discounts and coupons are issued in partnership with our payment host provider and reserve the right to withdraw these discounts or coupons at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotions may include free trials, discounted subscriptions to the website, extension of recurring payments to give extra months of service at no extra cost, or discounts for one or multiple months.
All users, independently of full, partial or free subscription, must complete the subscription process in order to access all paid content of the website. Coupons are only valid for new users and used once per email. Unless, otherwise stated in the individual coupon conditions.
At present we have the following active promotions/coupons with their respective conditions:
Lock Price Benefit: Subscribing to the site comes with the "lock price" benefit which means the user will pay the same amount every month, irrespective if the price goes up. This amount will be specified on the payment page at the beginning of payment. All recurring payments made by the user thereafter will be the same, as long as the user maintains the current subscription. If the user cancels the subscription and wants to re-subscribe again, the price may have changed, since the first membership.
User's are responsible for their own payments and correct card details. If the card expires, is lost or stolen and does not update/notify us with new payment information, Planet Media reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of the user, prior email notification warning, on the date that the miss-payment occurs.
FREE Trial: New users can benefit from a FREE Trial period when selecting the monthly subscription plan, which includes three (3) days of FREE usage of the service from the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details. When selected, the users will be prompted that the Trial Period is valid and once a card has been processed for payment, the debited amount will show £0.00 at checkout.
By submitting your payment details, you accept the New 3-Days Free Trial Offer and consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. At the end of the FREE trial period you will be billed automatically the monthly charge in accordance to the price selected on the website at the time of purchase. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the Premium Predictions Service, before or upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you have to terminate your Premium Subscription Service by logging in to your account and cancellation the active subscription. You will still have access to the service, even if you cancel before 3 days. You may only use this Free Trial Offer once per customer and email. Planet Media reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and the Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
Promotions: From time to time we may launch promotions and discounts. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions for any given reason without notice or modifying these terms. Currently we have the following promotions active:

11) Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for unused accounts or credits, technical issues not related to our site (like slow internet speed, Wi-Fi limitations, region access or software incompatibility issues), as well we can’t offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the Service or for our data supplied. Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through their account if they no longer wish to access paid features.
However, refunds may be offered for any users who pay twice on the same day, due to error or mistake. This can be requested in writing to support@basket-predictions.com, explaining the reasons to have paid twice. Refunds are subject to consideration and are not guaranteed. Extension times can be offered instead in order to give the users the full time, of any payments they have made to the website. Any refund due will be refunded via the original method of payment. You are responsible for informing us immediately if your original method of payment is no longer available (for example, if you paid with a credit or debit card and such card has been lost or expired) and for providing an appropriate alternative method of payment. You are responsible for any problems or costs caused by the unavailability of your original method of payment or by an alternative method of payment that you have provided to us.
As well, if our service gets interrupted for a longer period of 7 days, due to reasons within our control (lack of predictions) or the website becomes inaccessible, within our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. You have the right to ask for a refund if the service gets suspended for a period longer than 7 days and request a partial or full refund for the last payment debited from your account to us.
12) Recurring payments:
VIP Predictions are sold as Subscription Memberships and will automatically renew for a further Term at the end of each Term. If you do not wish for the Subscription to renew you can cancel future billing in the “my Account” section of the website. You may also contact us at least 24 hours prior to the expiry of the Term to inform us that you do not wish to renew at support@basket-predictions.com. In both cases, an email we will be sent out to confirm that a cancellation has been processed by the system. This email will be stored in our database in case of any discrepancies or charge-backs.
Recurring payments are automatically generated by the system when the user subscribes to the VIP Predictions service. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have enough funds to cover the next payment. If the payment fails on the renewal date, we will honour 3 extra days and send the user a payment failure notification to warn the user about the unpaid balance.
If the user does not add funds or does not update the card information for payment, on the second attempt of payment, the balance will remain unpaid and the users account will be deactivated and the Subscription membership cancelled. Once the subscription is cancelled, any user wanting to access the VIP section again, will need to re-subscribe, but note, the price may differ from the original price they paid at the beginning.
13) Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Planet Media, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensees be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Planet Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensees relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Planet Media for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
14) Service Access:
While we strive to maintain availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.
15) User Responsibility:
Users assume full responsibility for their sports betting decisions and actions based on our predictions and agree that we are not liable for the accuracy or success of predictions. By using our Service, you acknowledge that all sport betting decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk, and that you assume full responsibility for any resulting gains or losses.
16) Intellectual Property:
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our Service, including but not limited to software, design, content, and analyses, are owned by Planet Media or its licensee's. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own or your organization's internal needs only.
Restrictions: You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our Service or the analyses generated, as well as from reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software, except as permitted by law or with our explicit written consent.
17) Account Deletion and Termination:
User Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through your account menu when accessing the website. You can also contact us directly by email to request a cancellation or removal of your personal details. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed. Note that you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused time or subscription charges you have made.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other misuse of the Service. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused time or subscription charges.
18) Privacy Policy:

19) Law and Jurisdiction:
